Two packages, or by the hour

Each has one fixed price, written in your proposal after a free call, before we start.

  • AI Opportunity Assessment
    About 2 weeks

    Two working sessions, a review of your tools and workflows, and the written report: ranked opportunities, tool picks with monthly costs, and a 90-day plan.

  • AI Roadmap
    About 3 to 4 weeks

    Everything in the Assessment, plus time and cost estimates for each opportunity, a tool comparison, a phased 6 to 12 month roadmap, and a walkthrough with your leadership.

  • Advisory hours
    Billed in one-hour blocks

    Questions as they come up, vendor calls, or a second opinion on someone else's AI work.

Credited toward a build. Hire us to build within 60 days and the full assessment fee comes off the build.
Paid by invoice. Sent through Stripe, paid by bank transfer (ACH).

Straight answers

Do I have to hire you to build anything?

No. The plan is yours to carry out with your own team or anyone else. If you do hire us to build within 60 days, the full assessment fee is credited toward the build.

Do you sell or get paid by the tools you recommend?

No. A tool is on the list only because it fits your business. If we ever earn anything from a tool we recommend, we'll tell you up front.

What if AI isn't worth it for us?

Then the report says so, and where your money is better spent.
