Atlas AI Solutions LLC is an Ohio software company. We build and run the follow-up system that answers the contact form on a service business's website — instantly, in that business's own name, and for as long as it takes the customer to reply.

02 Why this exists

Almost every service business is already losing customers it paid to attract.

Someone finds you, likes what they see, fills out your form — and then waits. Not because anyone was careless, but because the person who could answer was on a job, with a customer, or asleep. By the time the reply goes out, that person has already talked to someone else.

It's an unusually fixable problem. The interest already exists and the marketing has already been paid for. What's missing is something that answers in the gap, and then doesn't let go. That's the whole company.

Free audit

We map where inquiries are being lost

Before any money changes hands, we look at how inquiries reach you now, how long they sit, and what one customer is worth. You get the findings in writing whether or not you hire us — and if the numbers say this isn't worth doing for your business, you'll be told that rather than sold something.

Scope and quote

You see the price before anything is built

A one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, quoted against what the audit found. No long-term lock-in, and no charge for the audit whether you go ahead or not.

Build

Days, not months — and you approve every message

We connect your existing form, set up sending from your business address, and write the reply and follow-ups in your voice. Nothing goes out on your behalf until you have read it and signed off. That is a hard rule, not a courtesy.

Run

We watch it, so you don't have to

The system monitors its own delivery and tells us when something breaks. You get an alert per submission and nothing else to do. A silent failure should be found by us, not by you eventually noticing it got quiet.

04 Commitments

What we will and won't promise

Atlas sends email on your behalf, to your customers, under your name. That's a lot of trust to ask for, so here is exactly what comes with it.

We commit to

You approve every message before it is ever sent on your behalf.
Opt-outs are permanent. If someone asks not to be contacted, that is honored forever and recorded as evidence.
We stop when they reply. Nobody who has answered gets chased.
We send as you, not as a robot. No invented staff names, no pretending to be a person who doesn't exist.
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use your customer list for anything but your account.
You can leave. No long-term lock-in, and you take your records with you.

We won't claim

Guaranteed results. Nobody can honestly promise a number of customers, and anyone who does is telling you something they can't know.
That we'll replace your team. Atlas answers first and holds the conversation; the work is still yours.
That it works for everyone. If your business runs on phone calls rather than form submissions, this isn't a fit yet — and we'd rather say so.
Features that don't exist. Everything on this site is running today. What isn't built is listed as not built.

Atlas AI Solutions LLC is registered in Ohio and based in Massillon, working with clients across the United States. We are early, and we'd rather you know that than find out later — being early is also why founding clients get more attention than they'd get anywhere else, and a direct line to the person building the thing.
