01 Questions

Working with Atlas

The basics: what it costs, who you work with and how a project runs.

Book a free call →
What does it cost?

Every project gets one fixed price, written in your proposal after a free 30-minute call, before any work starts. Monthly plans are optional. How pricing works.

Are you a big agency?

No. Atlas is small on purpose. You work directly with the person doing the work, and we take on only as many projects as we can do well.

Do you only work with startups?

No. Websites, AI tools and agents are built for established small businesses, and we build AI apps for founders. What they have in common is wanting AI that does a real job, not a demo.

What do you build with?

Whatever fits. Usually that's React on the front end, serverless functions behind it, Stripe for payments, and current AI models for the intelligent parts. When speed matters more than control, we'll use an AI app platform.

02 Questions

Websites

Sections, plans, ownership, and being found on Google and by AI assistants.

Website examples →
Can you rebuild our website?

Yes. We design it from your brand and your industry, show you several layouts and color options to pick from, and set it up to be found on Google and by AI assistants. A rebuild costs less when it's part of a software project. See website examples.

What counts as a section?

A block with its own heading and content: services, results, team, about, an FAQ. The top banner, the contact block and the footer come with every page and don't count.

Do I have to get a monthly plan?

No. Your site stays online either way. Without a plan, fixes and changes are billed by the hour, quoted before we start, when the schedule allows. A plan costs less than the same work by the hour.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain stays in your name, and the site runs in an account you own. If you ever leave, nothing has to be moved out of ours.

What does “SEO and AEO” mean here?

SEO is being found on Google: clear page titles, fast pages, business details that match your Google listing. AEO is being quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT: a plain description of who you are and what you do, a real FAQ, and facts written as text. We set both up on every site. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, so we don't.

What's an AI tool on a website?

Something that works for you while you're busy: a chat assistant that answers questions from your own information, instant replies to new inquiries for you to approve, or booking. Each one is priced in your proposal, as part of the site.

03 Questions

AI tools and automation

How the tools work with what you already use.

Try the samples →
Does the AI ever act on its own?

Only where a mistake can't cost you. Where it matters, AI drafts and a person approves: replies to customers, invoices, anything with your name on it.

Do we have to replace the tools we use now?

No. We build around the email, calendar, spreadsheets and software you already use, and the tools run in your own accounts.

How long does a build take?

A simple tool is usually a few weeks. A tool suite or a bigger build takes longer; your proposal names the date.

04 Questions

Agents

What Chase does, what he never does, and what comes next.

Watch Chase work →
Is the demo live?

No. It’s a scripted replay of how Chase works, using a made-up plumbing company and made-up leads. Nothing is searched or sent, and it costs nothing to run. On a call we can show you a real run.

Does Chase send emails on his own?

No. He writes drafts and saves them in your inbox. A person reads every one, changes what they like and clicks send.

Where does Chase find leads?

On public pages: job postings, company websites, local news and business programs. He opens the page itself, not just the search result, and saves the exact words that show the reason to reach out.

Do the agents work together?

Yes. Each agent sticks to its own job and passes the rest to the right coworker by name on a shared handoff list, so nothing falls between them and you can see every handoff.

What does Chase cost?

It depends on how we set him up for your business, so after a short call you get one fixed price in writing, before anything starts.

Can you build an agent for a different job?

Yes. If your team repeats a job every week, tell us about it on a call. Custom agents are part of our AI agent workflow builds.

05 Questions

AI apps and MVPs

Building a product for founders.

How we build →
Who owns the code?

You do, once it's paid for in full: the source code, the accounts it runs on, and a guide to how it fits together.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We design for it. Output is checked, uncertain results are flagged instead of passed off as fact, and nothing depends on the model being right every time.

Can you build something bigger?

Yes, in phases. We'd rather launch a first version, learn from real users and price the next phase than quote one big number up front.

06 Questions

AI consulting

Finding where AI is worth it, and where it isn't.

What you get →
What does AI business consulting involve?

We look at how your business runs day to day and find the places where AI would save real time or bring in real money, and the places where it wouldn't. You get a written plan: which tools, what they cost, and what to do first. We can build it, or your team can.

Do I have to hire you to build anything?

No. The plan is yours to carry out with your own team or anyone else. If you do hire us to build within 60 days, the full assessment fee is credited toward the build.

Do you sell or get paid by the tools you recommend?

No. A tool is on the list only because it fits your business. If we ever earn anything from a tool we recommend, we'll tell you up front.

What if AI isn't worth it for us?

Then the report says so, and where your money is better spent.
