01 Services
Atlas answers the contact form on your website and keeps following up until the customer replies. Everything below either supports that or is built on top of it. The last section is what Atlas doesn't do — read that one first if you're short on time.
02 The core system
The contact form on your website is pointed at Atlas, so a submission is recorded the second it lands — with a timestamp, the visitor's details, and whatever they wrote. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed. If your site has no form, or the one you have collects the wrong information to quote from, building one is part of setup.
Atlas sends from your own business email address, signed as your business, so replies come back to you directly. The wording is written in your voice and approved by you before anything sends. You get an alert on every submission with their details and the exact message that went out — and if a reply couldn't be delivered, the alert says so plainly and tells you what to do instead.
Most businesses send one reply and stop. Atlas follows up on a schedule you set, during your business hours, in your timezone. The moment that person writes back, the sequence stops — permanently, for that person. If they ask not to be contacted again, that's honored forever and recorded as evidence.
This is the part worth checking on any vendor you talk to. Chasing someone who already answered is the failure your customers actually see, and it does more damage than never emailing them at all.
03 Built on top
Priced separately, and none of it is required. Most clients start with the core system and add from here once it's running.
After a job is finished, Atlas asks the customer how it went. Happy answers get pointed at your public review profile; unhappy ones come straight to you first, so you hear about a problem before the internet does.
A form built to collect what you actually need in order to quote — dates, guest counts, job scope, budget range — instead of a name and a blank message box.
Document collection, internal alerts, routing, syncing between tools you already pay for. If it's repetitive and it happens in writing, it can usually be automated.
When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it — internal tools, dashboards, portals, client-facing apps, and integrations designed around how your business actually runs.
A site, or a single page built to convert, with the intake form already wired into the system. Built on your brand.
Included, not an add-on. Atlas watches its own delivery and tells us when something breaks — so a silent failure gets found by us rather than by you noticing the phone stopped ringing.
04 Scope
Every one of these gets asked eventually. Better here than on a call after you've signed something.

05 Pricing
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee. Quoted after the audit, never before.
The quote depends on two numbers: how many form submissions you get, and what one customer is worth to you. Those decide whether this pays for itself, and if the arithmetic doesn't work we'll say so rather than sell you something.
The audit is free and carries no obligation. You get the findings whether or not you hire us.
We map where inquiries reach you today and where they're being lost, then show you exactly what we'd fix. Get your free audit →
