This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas AI Solutions LLC ("Atlas AI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit atlas-ai-solutions.com, contact us, or work with us. Kampos, a product of Atlas AI Solutions, has its own privacy policy at usekampos.com, and that policy, not this one, governs the Kampos app.

- Communications: records of your correspondence with us by email, and notes from calls you schedule with us.
- Project information: if you hire us, the information and materials you share so we can do the work.

- Technical data your browser sends when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use it to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
2. How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a call;
- To scope, provide, and invoice the services you hire us for;
- To operate, secure, and improve our website;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We may send business development emails to organizations and individuals about Atlas's services. You can opt out by replying to any email or emailing kaden@atlas-ai-solutions.com, and we will honor it within 10 business days. We do not send marketing email to our clients unless they request it, and we do not sell your information.

We share information only as described below:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf, under terms that limit their use of it: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), and call scheduling (Cal.com). When you book a call, you use Cal.com's booking page, and Cal.com's own privacy policy also applies to what you enter there.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlas AI Solutions, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Data in software we build for clients
When we build or maintain software for a client, we may have access to data about that client's own users. We handle it on behalf of and under the direction of the client, as their service provider, and only to build, test, and support their product. The client is responsible for its own privacy practices toward its users. If you use a product we built for someone else and have questions about your information, contact that company directly.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legitimate business or legal needs. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, email admin@atlas-ai-solutions.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
