01 AI tools and automation

The tools your team should have had years ago

A CRM shaped around your actual pipeline, an admin panel over data that lives in five spreadsheets, a dashboard that answers the question someone asks every Monday, and the automation around them.

02 What we build

Built around how your team works

We build systems that answer website inquiries in the business's own name, follow up until the customer replies, and ask happy customers for reviews. Where AI helps, it drafts for a person to approve. It never acts alone where a mistake would cost you.

What you get: the working tool, hosted by us in a space of its own and connected to the email and calendar you already use, the source code once it's paid for, and a plain-English guide to how it fits together.

03 Sizes of build

Start with one tool, or a suite that works together

Whatever the size, you get one fixed price, written in your proposal after a free call, before any work starts.

  • Simple tool

One tool that does one job well: quote follow-ups, a deadline tracker, or every request from email, phone and your website in one list. We start from a working demo, set it up with your fields and steps, give your team sign-in, check it for security and launch it on your domain.

  • Tool suite · most teams start here

Several connected parts in one app, with different access for different people. A typical suite: quote follow-ups, requests in one list and invoice reminders, with a weekly numbers email to the owner.

  • Bigger builds

Anything past a suite, including AI agent workflows that run a job end to end and bring anything over your limits to a person. Scoped with you and quoted in writing.

04 After launch

Keep it running after launch

Optional monthly plans that keep your tool running, sized to what you have. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Several tools, or ongoing development? We'll set a plan around it in your proposal.

Agents

Rather have an agent?

Chase handles outreach for you: he finds businesses with a real reason to buy, checks every fact and drafts the emails. A person reads and sends every one.

07 Questions

Straight answers

Does the AI ever act on its own?

Only where a mistake can't cost you. Where it matters, AI drafts and a person approves: replies to customers, invoices, anything with your name on it.

Do we have to replace the tools we use now?

No. We build around the email, calendar, spreadsheets and software you already use, and the tools run in your own accounts.

How long does a build take?

A simple tool is usually a few weeks. A tool suite or a bigger build takes longer; your proposal names the date.
